Caribbean Ian
Hurricane Ian made landfall on 9/31/22 in South Carolina. Surprisingly, the Cherry Grove Pier collapsed in two spots. In Arnedo Villa, the interior of the unit managed to not flood or get wet, despite the storm surge and at the time, it was high tide. The storm surge made it to the streets, but the water got to the deck of Finestere by barely. The fence was blown out in some spots where there are holes in the fence, but no major damage for the units there. Overall, Arnedo Villa is okay, and we hope that there isn’t any more damage.
